How Collection Works
A simple three-step process so your herbs are freshly prepared and ready when you arrive.

Submit your request
Tell us who prescribed your herbs and what was recommended, using the form below.

We prepare your order
Our herbalist weighs and packs your prescription in-store, just as discussed at your visit.

Confirm & collect
We'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm a collection time, then it's ready at Blk 248, Simei St 3, #01-116.
Who this is for
Patients who have already had an in-store consultation and been prescribed herbs by one of our herbalists. New to Falmed? Visit us in-store first so our herbalist can advise you.
Preparation Time
Most prescriptions are ready within 24 hours. Same-day collection may be possible for requests submitted before 2pm — just call ahead to check.
